Founded by the Cilliers family in 1974, Millys has grown from a humble roadside stall selling fresh trout to a full-service destination featuring luxury chalets accommodation, a café & restaurant, trout products and a farm-stall.

Our trout is responsibly sourced from sustainable trout farms, ensuring premium quality while supporting ethical aquaculture practices.

We are located on the N4 highway near Machadodorp, Mpumalanga, where our stunning dam-and-Highveld views set the scene.
